The irregular shaped pool approximately 9x5 metres has Roman steps and a dolphin fountain. Facing south it gets the sun all day and is surrounded by palm trees and yuccas and large sunbathing terraces and is well equipped with sunloungers.
Adjacent to the pool is a beautiful large bourgainvillea covered dining arbour seating 6 people which is the ideal setting for long lazy lunches or relaxed dining in the evening. This is served by a large built in barbecue, gas hob and sink which means the cook can still be involved in whatever is going on and need not be not shut away from the house party’s activities.

The pool and surrounding terraces are very private and have the feeling of an extra outside room. You will find yourself drawn to spending a lot of time in this most pleasant and comfortable setting. Lights are provided for evening use.

Bourgainvillea, oleander, palms, yuccas and many more Mediterranean plants fill the garden with colour and interest whilst there are also many more varied areas of gardens and terraces for you to take advantage of and wander through. Fruit trees including lemon, orange, grapefruit, tangerine, peach nectarine, fig, nispero, pomegranate, avocado ,mango ,almond and olive all provide added interest and some quiet shady spots to enjoy.

At the upper end of the garden there is a cacti garden with some weird and wonderful specimens although you must beware of the sharp prickles on some of them. Beyond this the garden has been left natural with pine trees and mimosa surround a picnic table which makes a cool haven with spectacular views of the Bernia mountains and stunning sunsets.

A fish pond and fountain together with an Arabic style well and pump give yet another contrast and point of interest.

There is a covered car port and washing machine room.
